Declaration of Support For Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS)

We the physicians of the world—united and loyal to the Hippocratic Oath—recognize that the medical profession stands at a critical crossroads. We publicly proclaim our support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as a leader who will restore integrity to medical institutions, safeguard physician sovereignty, and uphold the scientific method, which has been undermined by corporate pharmaceutical interests. Kennedy can restore trust and integrity in public health and medical science.

WE ARE RESOLVED that the physician-patient relationship must be restored as the foundation of medicine. Physicians must have the freedom to understand their patients, tailor treatments, and empower patients as active participants in their care—free from corporate interference, which Kennedy has pledged to end.

WE ARE RESOLVED that political intrusion into medical practice must cease. Physicians and healthcare providers must be free to practice without fear of retribution, censorship, or slander. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is committed to defending these freedoms, protecting open scientific discourse, and advancing medical innovation.

WE ARE RESOLVED, tthat physicians must retain the right to prescribe treatments based on the principle, “First, Do No Harm.” Patients must have the right to receive fully informed, personalized care—a principle Kennedy has vowed to uphold.

WE INVITE PHYSICIANS and healthcare providers worldwide to join us in supporting Kennedy’s noble cause, as we work to restore trust, integrity, and professionalism to the practice of medicine by ensuring Mr. Kennedy is in place to uphold our vision and to support his mission once in place.

WE INVITE PATIENTS to advocate for Kennedy’s nomination by contacting their state senators, to demand reform in our healthcare system.

WHEREAS, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has spent nearly 40 years battling corrupt corporations and agencies to protect the health of Americans. From enforcing the Clean Water Act to advocating for children’s health, his relentless pursuit of justice has earned him accolades like TIME Magazine’s “Hero of the Planet” and respect from marginalized citizens around the world.

WHEREAS, Kennedy has demonstrated his unwavering commitment to transparency and evidence-based science, his policies to combat chronic disease, remove harmful chemicals from food, and reform health agencies provide common-sense solutions to the nation’s health crisis.

To restore integrity and independence to the position of Secretary of Health and Human Services, our organization of over 17,000 independent physicians and medical scientists urges the United States Senate to confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of HHS. We stand behind a leader ready to confront corrupt interests and champion the health and well-being of the American people.
